Pricing and scope depend on an inspection and the conditions of the project. A phone call, email, website visit, or social-media message does not create a contractor-client relationship. Work begins only under a separate written agreement signed by the appropriate parties. That agreement—not this website—controls the project scope, price, schedule, warranties, change orders, cancellation rights, and other project terms.

Gallery images illustrate completed work and craftsmanship but do not guarantee identical results. The homepage architectural hero image is labeled as conceptual. Actual conditions, lighting, materials, other trades, and client selections affect every project.
